Beyond the Pale Brewing company is the ideal location for low key, informal style events. Located in the heart of Ottawa and serving delicious and tasty beer and food at affordable rates is a perfect way to make your special event unforgettable.

Our Room Rental package includes.

• Private Bar.
• Seating for up to 80 people in our mezzanine space - with the ability to change layout, table sizes etc.
• Dinner service staff.
• Head Table.
• White Table linens.

• All dishes, cutlery, and glassware.
• Room availability from 9 AM until 10 AM the following day.

Private Bar

The ability to have the private bar offers you the option of a cash bar or a host bar. Cash bar gives your guests the freedom of paying as they go with cash, debit or credit. While a Host Bar keeps you in control, with pre-arranged tab amount that will be settled at the end of the night. The host has the ability to predetermine how much they wish to spend and have it transition to a cash bar after that amount is spent.

Food Service

Please refer to the following menu for food options. We offer cocktail hour, appetizer buffet, family style and late night munchies. For both appetizers and mains choose between 2-3 options and we will adjust quantities according to group size. We can custom build a menu around your needs to deliver the perfect dishes for your event. Once the menu is designed we will work alongside you to arrange and adjust for all allergy and vegetarian needs as receive your RSVP responses.
