Beyond The Pale Event Information Kit

Beyond The Pale offers the ideal location for a low key, informal style of events or gatherings. Both our award winning beer and food at affordable rates are sure to make your special day unforgettable.

Our Room Rental can Include:

• Seating for up to 80 in our mezzanine (Table sizes can vary)
• Head table
• Table linens (white)
• Gift table
• Dessert table
• Podium
• All dishes, cutlery, and glassware
• Free on-site parking
• Room availability from 9:00 am day of until 10:30 am following day
• Private bar
• Dinner service staff
• Day of coordination assistance from our event staff

Private Bar

Our Private Bar offers you the option of a cash bar or host bar. Cash bar represents guests paying as they go with cash, debit, or credit. Host bar would have an open tab and be settled at the end of the night. The host could also predetermine how much they would like to spend and have it transition to
cash bar once that number is reached.

Food Service

We offer cocktail hour or appetizer buffet, family style or dinner buffet, and late night munchies. For both appetizers and mains chose 2-3 options and we will adjust quantities according to your group size. We can custom build your menu to meet all your needs. Once your choices are done we will adjust the vegetarian and allergy portions according to your RSVPs closer to the date. Desserts can be brought in from a third party.
