We aimed to make a very malt-forward ale using traditional ingredients that would; be used for an English Bitter. Then, in BTP style, we upped the ante with loads of East Kent Goldings hops to give off a massive floral, grassy and citrusy aroma. On the first sip, you get a balanced flavour of biscuit malts with a big hop-forward finish.
