Refund policy

MERCHANDISE & OTHER NON-BEER ITEMS

We are happy to provide an exchange like for like, or the value in-store credit if your item is the wrong size or not as you expected. Please notify us by email (retail@btpbeer.com) or bring the item to our retail shops to be exchanged for a new item or in-store credit.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, please notify us by email with a clear photo of the damage. We will gladly refund or replace your damaged items.

MISSING OR INCORRECT BEER

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please notify us by email with a clear photo and description of the error. We will gladly refund or replace your missing or incorrect items.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Please note that we process orders within four (4) hours of receiving them. If you wish to cancel an order, please keep this time frame in mind. If your shipment has already left the brewery we are unable to cancel it. Refunds will not be issued on shipments that are in transit. Shipments experiencing delays of longer than one week and/or traceability issues may be subject to either store credit (redeemable both online or in-person at our retail shops) or re-shipment.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including beer, gift cards, final sale items, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.
